- Receive automatic email confirmations
- Review your schedule page for status of any visit
- Update all information in your client profile
- Maintain and update a pet profile for each pet, along with pictures
- Receive pet care journals, which include a rundown of visits, including GPS time-stamped notes and photos from your sitter
- Directly communicate with your sitter through our internal messaging system
- Update credit card information
- Review and pay invoices
In addition, our team can access client and pet profiles via mobile device and communicate directly with clients via pet notes, journals, and messages.
