What Is Your Pet Care Back Up Plan?

So you have done the best thing you could do for your pet and hired Trusty Tails to look after their fluffy needs. But now you find yourself wondering…. What is your pet care back up plan should my pet sitter be ill?

Here as Trusty Tails we always make sure we look after your pet AND your pet sitter. If your pet sitter is unwell or been in an accident we always have a backup plan to make sure they both get the care they need and deserve.

How Do I Know Someone Has Visited My Pet?

As part of your pet care back up plan we track your visits and make sure you know your fluffy friends are cared for. We make sure they are feed, watered looked after and its all tracked with our GPS system.

When our sitters arrive at your home within the requested time frame, they will check in to the visit by clicking on “Arrived” .  This signals GPS tracking to put a physical time stamp on their location.  Then, they begin the scheduled visit.  Our dashboard in the office shows each of the staffs’ locations.   When the sitter finishes the visit with your pet, they click on the button that says “Complete” and once again another time stamp is entered onto their map reflecting the GPS coordinates.
