Meet the Tails Family: Wesley
Meet Julia and Wesley! Julia moved to Hoboken 2 months ago for work after graduating from college this past May. She had always loved the area and luckily was able to find an apartment with a huge shared backyard for her future puppy!
Ever since she could talk, Julia has always wanted a dog. And now, as she enters a new chapter in her life, she thought it was the right time to get one since she really wanted a co-pilot. She searched for weeks to find a golden retriever puppy with no luck. However, one day, her dad took her out for ice cream to cheer her up where there was a gorgeous golden in front of them in line. She decided to ask the owner where she got him, and she recommended a breeder in upstate New York. She texted the breeder the next day, not very hopeful as she had been told no for weeks. Happily, the breeder told her she had puppies born 5 days ago and asked if she wanted one! She of course said yes and couldn’t have been more thrilled. Julia has now had Wes for 1 month officially!
How Wesley Got His Name
No significance. Julia just liked the name and it fit well.
The most rewarding thing about being a pet owner
How much Wesley and her can grow together and learn from each other. Also just how much pure love and care there is in their bond with each other.
The hardest thing about being a pet owner
Always being worried that Julia is doing the right things for Wesley, and having an entire little life in her hands.
