1. We Must Be Trusty Dog Walkers and Pet Sitters
As Trusty Tails pet care professionals we are hardworking, responsible and honest. We have integrity. We never lie, cheat or steal. We always get the job done, no matter how much it takes. We are not clock-watchers when it comes to our jobs. We are always on time. We always give more than what is expected of us.
2. We Must Love The Pets
As Trusty Tails pet care professionals and animal lovers we take pride in our work. Because to us it’s not just a job, caring for animals is our passion. We always make sure that the animals in our care are always happy, healthy, and safe. As the best dog walkers in town, we always go that extra mile and make sure our pet clients receive plenty of exercise, play and of course love!
3. Clients Must Love Us
As Trusty Tails pet care professionals we realize caring for pets is only half the job and that our human clients are just as important. We follow their instructions to a T. As Trusty Tails care providers, we are famous for our fun, detailed notes we leave after our visits. We always make sure to consistently leave detailed, loving notes for our clients and send them photos occasionally.
4. We Must Be all Buddies and Work as a Team.
As Trusty Tails pet care professionals we are part of a family. Although we don’t see our co-workers and managers on a daily basis we make sure to share our adventures and communicate on a regular basis. We are wolves, that despite always being on the prowl alone belong to the Trusty Tails wolf pack. We greet each other when we see our Trusty pals. We help each other out. Whether it’s covering for each other’s appointments when unexpected emergencies arise or sharing knowledge or advice. As Trusty Tails employees, we promise to always be a friend to our Trusty Tails family, furry and non-furry alike. This ensures we provide the best care possible to our Trusty Tails clients — who are the center of our family!
