2. What happens if my sitter becomes ill? Is there a backup plan?
3. Will you provide a written service contract spelling out services and fees?

5. Do you provide regular office hours? How quickly do you return emails and phone calls?
6. Can you provide written proof of commercial liability insurance (to cover accidents and negligence) and bonding (to protect against theft by a pet sitter or her employees)?
